☮️Though this book focusses on work life problems, the exercise and the methods shared in this book are helpful to deal our daily problems. In some places I found myself engrossed completely and felt like conversing with the therapist. I found helpful by personally trying one of the assessment shared in this book which gave me a great relief ๐Ÿ‘ and would spot on writing journal henceforth.
